SALES ASSISTANT (remote) 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that meet the company's market, brand, volume and channel objectives. 
  • Contribute to achieve the sales target set by the company. 
  • Drive growth through identifying & acquiring new clients in assigned territories/channels. 
  • Manage the collection, analysis, evaluation and dissemination of market, sales performance data to drive maximum competitive advantage. 
  • Follow up and respond promptly to clients, provide feedback and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension. 
  • Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent. 
  • 3 years sales experience.  
  • Proven track record of sales excellence. 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, exciting work environment. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must. 
  • Very good English (written and oral) 

 

Customer Service Representative (remote) 

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact for our clients. The CSR’s assist our clients while providing a positive experience. This requires identifying and providing proactive and immediate solutions for our customers when needed. The CSR is also responsible for managing a set of accounts and processing orders through our warehousing management system.  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Respond and follow up on inquiries verbal/written with clients. 
  • Follows up and follows through on all customer comments, questions and complaints on Hubspot. 
  • Co-ordinates transportation. 
  • Follows orders through to delivery. 
  • Prepares reports for shipping/receiving, sales, production, inventory and the like. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 2 to 5 year’s customer service experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. 
  • Experience working within a production and/or sales environment a plus. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: positive, respectful and customer focused. 
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to comprehend, capture and interpret basic customer information. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Professional attitude, enthusiastic and reliable. 
  • Results/deadline oriented with effective follow through. 
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite. 

 

Paid Online Marketing/Digital Marketing Intern (remote)

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our close-knit team. We are eager to share our knowledge and experiences with students, and want equally eager and motivated, committed students to work with. 

Job Type: Part-time

  • Best practices for using content management systems and website platforms like WordPress. 
  • The difference between being on social media and using social media for marketing in a results-oriented way. 
  • How to create newsletters using HubSpot and MailChimp. 
  • The differences between B2B and B2C marketing, and the best practices. 
  • How to master a niche industry and overcome the challenge of serving company that offer fulfillment services possibly outside of your realm of knowledge. 
  • Why attention to detail is so important, and other practical skills for succeeding in a online marketing environment. 
  • You will assist our online marketing team on online campaigns, including search and content marketing, pay per click marketing, website and landing page optimization, research and reporting, use of content management systems, social media marketing, and overall account management duties. You will also assist our business development team with outward marketing activities in support of bringing new clients to Kugali. 
  • You will learn about the “building blocks” of an online marketing program and how to apply them to meet company needs and achieve satisfaction. In addition, you will learn how to work efficiently with our teams.
